Based on Ipsos Global Trend 2021 data, 87% of consumers are more likely to choose to buy local products than global products. However, local brands in Indonesia are various and some have unreachable locations. Many consumers do not have enough time for offline shopping and have difficulty finding clothes that fit properly. By using Augmented Reality (AR) or Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology that places clothing items over a 3D model of the customer's body, Trylo provides a virtual fitting system that aims to improve customer journey experience by allowing shoppers to try on items through a mobile app.
Trylo provides a platform that helps its users to try on various local brands in an all-in-one application while also being the solution for avoiding long lines for fitting rooms at retail stores. It also provides an opportunity for consumers to try on smaller local brands that do not have any offline stores as it can be used anywhere.
